This is the single most important screen on the entire App and we are so proud of this amazing innovation.
With this one screen, you can see an overview of your Diabetes control with color-coded tiles that change color to indicate which aspects need urgent action/above target/at target. The tiles will also notify when a certain test is overdue. Now you are in complete control.
- Green colour if the latest results are at the target
- Orange if the latest results are above target.
- ‘Overdue’ notice will appear if a certain test is overdue.
- Red if your latest results need immediate attention

Now My DiabetesConnect offers meal specific blood glucose targets. The tile will change colour according to each meal you have selected.
We have also added more filters so you and your doctor can quickly see where you need to work on to improve your blood glucose.
Amazing new Standard day graph plots your blood glucose according to the time of the day.
We have now introduced BMI and Ideal Body Weights specific to different ethnicities rather than using a generalised target.
App will calculate your target weights based on your target BMI. So now you can easily track your weight and aim to achieve your ideal body weights.
